• All work is carried out by Classpedia on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.
• Copyright is retained by Classpedia on all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals and illustrations unless specifically released in writing and after all costs have been settled.
• If a choice of designs is presented and one is chosen for your project, only that solution is deemed to be given by us as fulfilling the contract. All other designs remain the property of Classpedia, unless specifically agreed in writing.

Charge of other Services:

Charges for any additional services requested during the project that are over and above the estimated time or out of scope, will become fully payable (100% of the quoted amount) at the time of estimate or quotation acceptance.

Content responsibility:

From time to time, you would find various contents submitted by numerous entities and individual persons in the services.

• The authenticity and reliability of the content that you find in the service is under the responsibility of the person who submitted it.
• Once you submit or post or share any content with Classpedia, you are waiving your rights over the content. Classpedia and its representatives have all rights to use the content, modify or re-create it as it finds appropriate.
• Classpedia does not have a complete knowledge or control over the content presented in its services.
• Classpedia is not responsible for any offensive, incorrect or objectionable content you find in the service.
• Classpedia and its representatives are not responsible for the spread or delivery of any information through the connection you hold for the use of services of Classpedia.
• Upon using the information, you have implicitly agreed to take the risk associated with using that information.
